Wedding co-ordination will ensure that every detail of your wedding is meticulously organised and planned from start to finish.
Firstly I will arrange a free, no obligation consultation to determine all your wedding needs and establish your requirements. Following our consultation, I will deliver my proposal based upon your requirements for your perusal and offer a suitable time frame for planning your wedding. My proposal will be based upon your specific requirements and budget and I will help you not get too carried away with the moment and make decisions that you may later think was excessive and are was not suitable to your needs.
I will source your perfect wedding venue using careful research and ensure all the finer details are catered for.
I will produce a schedule for the day and will be with you approx two hours prior to the ceremony and stay until the Evening Reception has started and you are happy to relax and enjoy the rest of your special day.

Platinum Service
This service includes ALL the “Key Areas” as listed above.
The total cost for this service is £5000.00. There are no extra hidden costs.
Gold Service
This service enables you to choose 10 options from the above list.
The 10 options are chargeable at 20% each of the total invoice cost.
Silver Service
This service enables you to choose 8 options from the above list.
The 6 options are chargeable at 20% each of the total invoice cost.
Bronze Service
This service enables you to choose 5 options from the above list.
The 5 options are chargeable at 20% each of the total invoice cost.
COMPLETION PLANNING/PULLING TOGETHER

Sometimes, planning an event or wedding can just become too stressful and you may find you need some help to pull it all together.
Never be frightened to ask for help… I do this for a living and will be able to make your problems disappear as I am more than used to stressful situations.
I will meet with you to discuss what has been arranged so far and also what is outstanding. Once determined, I will take your wedding file off your hands and start to pull in all the strings to ensure a successful and well planned wedding day for you. You can even pretend you did it all on your own; shhhh - I wont tell if you wont!!
I will provide you a proposal for you to agree and then I will get to work.
I will provide you with a schedule for the day so that you know everything is going to be just fine.

VENUE SOURCING

Following a consultation, we will decide upon a suitable venue or location suitable to your requirements, style and most importantly – your budget.
I can provide an extensive search and achieve your perfect venue and location and offer you a choice of three suitable options.
I will provide a schedule detailing all contact information, prices and offers/discounts and will outline the benefit of each.
SUPPLIER SOURCING
(Prices from £200)
Similarly to Venue Sourcing I can provide a comprehensive search for Wedding Suppliers providing you with my knowledge within the industry which can prove to be invaluable. I am constantly networking within the Industry to be able to offer my clients with competitive prices and up to the minute deals.
